The Syringe Bag & Sealing Machine singulates the syringes, singulates a bag, opens the bag, feeds the syringe i
nto the bag, removes excess air from within the bag and feeds the opened end of the bag to a sealing unit.
This process cycles once every 3.5 seconds.The Syringe Bag & Sealing Machine is equiped with a HMI operator interface that allows extensive diagnostic trouble shooting and conveys critical data to the operator during operation.
Also featured is a fully manual control panel for easy single action machine setup. The Syringe Bag & Sealing Machine is fully guarded and completely removes operators and on-lookers from all potential hazards.
