Cake Dispensing Conveyor

The Cake Dispensing Conveyor is a system built for automatically conveying cake trays to the dispensing location. It is fitted onto an existing cake dispensing machine.

Cake trays are manually loaded and unloaded onto a carriage. In auto cycle a servo driven linear unit transfers the tray to the dispensing location where cake mix is dispensed into a section of the tray before indexing to the next dispensing position. When all sections of the tray are full it then returns for unloading.

The system is programmed for four different tray variants that can be selected via a touch screen on the control panel. Additional variants can be programmed in future if necessary.
