Foil Tray De-Nester 2

The Aluminium Tray De-Nester was designed and built to de-nest aluminium trays for singulation and placement into the pockets of an Infeed conveyor of a downstream Filling Machine. The De-Nester will pick three trays, one from the bottom of each column, and release them to be placed onto the Infeed Conveyor. The Infeed Conveyor would be positioned under over hanging section of the De-Nester. The De-Nester can be loaded by an operator during production then left unattended to continue feeding trays to the downstream equipment until the cassette is emptied.
