Foil Tray De-Nester

The Foil Tray De-Nester was designed and built for the timed De-Nesting and Automatic Loading of the sample tray into its filling production line. The trays could be loaded into the magazines whilst the machine was in production. These trays were singulated from the bottom of each stack and placed onto conveyors. Through a series of gates, the trays formed a single file and were pitched appropriately as they were transfered to the downstream machinery. This equipment was designed to be driven via a link to the downstream machinery so that any change in line speed would not disrupt timing between the new installation and the existing line.
